The O'Brien's Geared Reel is our reel of choice and the strip grazer's dream. With a 3:1 gear ratio it reels fast and makes the job go quicker. The hub on O'Brien reels are very tough and durable. We rarely get calls about broken hubs. This one comes with a twine guide. Has a metal slot for quick and easy power up. Metal hanging bracket. Holds 1640' of twine or 660' of tape. We buy large quanities of these to keep the costs down.

The O'Brien's Geared Mega Reel is basically the same as the geared reel above, with a wider hub and payload. It does not have a twine guide. Holds 3300' of twine or 1320' of tape.

The O'Brien Tredaline Post with Polybraid
The O'Brien Tredaline - The original tread-in post. This is a premium tread-in post that is a proven performer. We stock them in Blue color only. (but, our next container will have white ones also.)They are very tough and durable and go into the ground easier than most. They are flexible and do not break or get too brittle in cool weather. Twine guides on one side and tape guides on the other. Standard box quanity is 50 posts. We have high confidence in this post.

Pigtail Tread-in Posts

Here is a side by side comparison of our two types of pigtail posts. The Red #RPT is about 33" to the center of the pigtail, while the new White # PTP is between 30" to 31". The tread-in foot of both these posts are very simular. We do prefer the NEW White one from the standpoint that we feel it is sturdier and easier to step into the ground. The shaft of the white # PTP seems to us to have a little more temper in the steel and less flexible. So, if you can get by with 2" less wire height - give the #PTP White Pigtail Post a try.
The Pig Tail Tread-in Post is a favorite for most people grazing fall stockpiles and for cattle where only 1 wire is required. It has an insulated pigtail top, galvanized shaft and foot. They come in bundles of 10 and cases of 60.

Portable netting for sheep & goats. This netting is 40" tall and comes in rolls of 164 feet, in two colors. Pre-wired to connect multiple rolls together by just plugging them into each other. Tread-in posts are pre-attached to the net. By using a non-conductive PowerFlex Post at corners you can build square pens out of this product.

Fiberglass Line Posts

We stock Fiberglass Posts with Sungard II coatings in two sizes. 3/8" x 4' and 1/2" x 4' for portable cross fencing. They come in bundles of 20. See the clips for these posts below. These fiberglass posts work quite well with either hi-tensile wire or polywire products. They also remove rather easily, should you have some temporary fencing needs. for easy wire capture. They Come in bags of 50.

The 1141 Clip is ugly, but well galvanized and it fits a 1/2" fiberglass post tighter than any we know of. If you have problems with deer knocking off your clips and insulators, then this may be your answer. Just pinch it and slide over post. It locks in place very tight. Wire just passes thru the open slot. (the round hole in the face isn't used.)
