Available in both 9 strands of stainless steel conductors (for strength, durability and longevity) or 6 strands of tinned copper conductors (for maximum conductivity over long distances.) Both types reel up great and are easy to handle with a reel. A 1320' roll will fit on a standard O'Brien reel, with room to spare. We have designed this polybraid with portability in mind for strip grazing purposes. It will perform for you. If you would like a sample of this new PolyBraid - just give us a call and we'll be happy to mail you a sample piece for your evaluation - before you buy.
If you are a progressive grazier, then you will appreciate the quality of this polybraid. We feel that it should give you a good 5+ years of constant heavy useage in the "real world environment" for portable cross fences and strip grazing. If just put up and left up we expect it to last 10 years +. This product has a breaking point of about 300#, which is TWO TIMES stronger than normal twisted types of polywire that you will find in most farm stores.
Another feature we like about our "Braided" PolyBraid is that just by the nature of the braiding process, there is continual overlap of conductors - allowing current to flow unimpeded even when you have individual wires break. And, hey, lets face it - poliwire products are not perfect ! All poly wire products will wear out eventually, especially when you are moving it daily or very often. Its temporary and portable fencing, but a very effective tool. If it lasts you 10 years then that's a bonus and you got good use out of it.

Tinned Copper PolyBraid
Tinned copper conductors do conduct electricty a little better than stainless steel conductors. But it is not quite as strong as the stainless steel. If you do have long distances of polywire in use, then the tinned copper is a good option to keep your voltage up over long distances. We are only stocking this in 1/2 mile rolls.

Below is an enlarged view of the New Braided Polywire
Most polywire on the market is manufactured with a twist rather than a braid pattern. This braided pattern will provide a stronger polywire with less "fuzzing up" and fewer tangles. We also feel that the conductors are held in place tighter and that you will have fewer broken conductors with this braided pattern. It also reels up nicely.

At present, we are stocking this netting as pictured above in two colors. Item # NSG is orange, and Item # NSGG is green as in the photo. It is 40" high and comes in a 165' roll. It is pre-wired, so as you add subsequent rolls, just plug them together. Posts are included and pre-attached to the netting. We have had call for shorter netting and netting without posts, so are working to have some made for us. We'll keep you posted (sorry for the pun) on the progress of that.

We offer two varieties of ropes and cords, all of high quality for several different applications - including Equine Fencing and Gateways.
#PBRG (Gold) is a premium, pure polyester 1/4" rope product that is of the highest quality. Pure polyester has a high natural resistance to UV and we expect this rope to last in the 25 year range. # PBCC2 & PBCC4 are both 1/8" cords. This is a very versatile braided cord that also has tinned copper conductors, and even with its 1/8" diameter it is extremely visible. It can be used in a lot of different situations for a very good economical price. We have used it for top strands on some of our hi-tensile fences just to add visibility for deer problems, etc. It is available in both 660' & 1320' rolls.
