How much does shipping cost?
Most orders over $150 ship free within the contiguous 48 states. Smaller orders are charged actual freight, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Heavy or oversized items (energizers shipped on pallet, HDPE pipe reels over 500', bulk polybraid orders) may carry a freight surcharge that we'll quote before charging — we won't surprise you at the door.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: shipping is calculated case by case. Email info@powerflexfence.com with your zip and order list and we'll send a quote.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days from our Seymour, Missouri warehouse. Transit time depends on your zip — typically 2–5 business days for ground service. We'll email a tracking number the moment the label is created.
Special-order items (Philmac CTS-OD fittings, certain Gallagher and Speedrite SKUs) ship in 5–10 business days. The product page will say "special order" if that applies.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipment-confirmation email with a tracking link the day your order leaves our warehouse. If you can't find that email, log in at your account page to see order status, or call us at 888-251-3934 with your order number.
What's your return policy?
30 days from the delivery date, in original packaging, with all components included. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product, in which case we cover the return.
Non-returnable: cut-to-order wire and HDPE pipe, custom-built reels, and special-order items. If you're not sure whether something is custom or special order, call us before you buy — we'd rather talk it through than process a return that wasn't needed.
Refunds post to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
What if my order arrives damaged or something's missing?
Call us at 888-251-3934 within 5 business days of delivery and we'll make it right — either a replacement shipment or a refund, your call. Photos of the damage (and the packaging it arrived in) help us file a freight claim and turn the replacement around faster. Don't throw out the box until we've talked.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States and to Canada. For Canadian orders, email us at info@powerflexfence.com with your product list and shipping address — we'll quote freight and broker/duty handling separately. We don't currently ship to other international destinations.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo at checkout. Dealer accounts can pay by Net 30 invoice — see the dealer program FAQ below.
Do you offer dealer or volume pricing?
Yes — Powerflex has an active dealer program for fence contractors, ag retailers, and grazing-supply businesses serving working ranchers. We provide wholesale pricing, drop-ship capability, and access to in-house technical support for your customers.

For one-time large orders (a half-mile of perimeter, a full rotational-grazing kit for a 500-cow operation, etc.), call us — we'll quote pallet-level pricing without requiring a dealer account.
I need help picking the right energizer / polybraid / pipe — can you help?
Yes, and that's the whole point of having real people on the phone. We've been outfitting ranchers since 1994 and we won't sell you something that's wrong for your operation. Three ways to get help:

What are your phone hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm Central Time. Closed weekends and major holidays. If you reach voicemail, leave a number and we'll call back same day during business hours.
Where are you located?
Our warehouse and offices are in Seymour, Missouri — 25 Cobblestone Dr., Seymour, MO 65746. We're not a storefront — please call ahead before driving out if you need to pick up an order in person.
Do you sell on Amazon or anywhere besides this site?
Powerflex products are sold by us directly through powerflexfence.com, by our authorized dealers (search "Powerflex" with a state name to find your closest), and through a small number of resellers including American Grazinglands. We don't currently sell on Amazon. If you've found "Powerflex" branded product elsewhere and you're not sure it's the real thing, send us a photo of the packaging and label and we'll confirm.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes — Powerflex has tax nexus in all 50 U.S. states, so sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If you're a tax-exempt buyer (resale, ag exemption, government, non-profit), email your exemption certificate to info@powerflexfence.com before placing the order and we'll remove the tax.
Can I cancel or change an order after I place it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — call 888-251-3934 as soon as possible and we'll make the change. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is in the carrier's hands and we'll have to process it as a return after delivery.
I have a warranty claim. How do I file it?
Most products carry a manufacturer warranty (Speedrite, Stafix, Gallagher, Philmac, and Powerflex-branded items each have their own terms — check the product page or the documentation that shipped with your order). Call 888-251-3934 with your order number and a description of the issue and we'll walk you through the claim. For energizers in particular, have your model number, the date of failure, and a description of the fault ready.
