Return Policy: Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt. We will refund the full purchase price. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Custom or special-order items and gift cards cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
All claims on missing products from an invoice must be sent within 14 days of the original purchase, including copies of the original order, receipt, invoice, and photos of the product that arrived.

Returns & Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Returns: Discontinued / Close out items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately close out or discontinued items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@powerflexsupply.com and we will arrange return and shipment of replacement item(s).

To return your product, you should mail your product to:You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item unless it was received damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Any items that do not qualify will have freight shipping calculated at checkout or will have exclusionary language on the product page.

If separate orders are placed to stay below minimums, Powerflex may combine them into one freight order, which could lead to additional freight charges. We will contact Customers to confirm these charges and receive payment. Customers will also have the option to cancel the order(s) at this time.

Shipping and Delivery: Powerflex Fence ships according to customer request or by best means of service for the least cost to the customer. There are no added handling fees. There is a minimum charge of $100 for any Powerflex truck delivery rather than commercial shipping methods.
Use of Site: Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Powerflex Fence or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
