Why this program exists

Powerflex has been built by ranchers since 1994. We use what we sell — polybraid, energizers, reels, and HDPE water systems — on real operations, every day. The most trusted voice in ranching isn't an ad. It's a producer in a muddy pasture showing what actually works.

The Field Crew is how we partner with those voices. We're not chasing follower counts or polished influencers. We're looking for working ranchers and grazing creators who already live this life and whose audiences trust them. You show your operation honestly; we back you with gear, real commissions, and a direct line to the company.

Who we're looking for

You don't need a huge following. You need a real operation and an audience that trusts you. We weight authenticity and engagement over raw numbers.

• Working cattle, bison, sheep, or goat producers — especially rotational, adaptive, or regenerative graziers
• Creators who teach: paddock moves, fence builds, water systems, grazing planning, herd health
• Active on at least one of: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or a ranching blog/newsletter
• An audience of fellow producers and rural landowners — the people who actually buy fence and water gear
• Honest. You'll tell your audience when something doesn't work, and that's exactly why we want you.

Follower guidance (a floor, not a wall): roughly 1,000+ engaged followers on a primary platform, or a smaller audience with strong engagement and a clear producer focus. Micro-creators with a tight, trusting audience often outperform big accounts for us.

This program is for creators. If you sell fencing and water supplies to other producers, that's our separate Dealer Program — and you can be both.

The fine print

• Independent, not employed. Field Crew members are independent partners, not employees. Affiliates earning $600+ in a year receive a 1099; you handle your own taxes.
• No guaranteed earnings. Commissions depend on the sales you drive.
• FTC disclosure is required on all sponsored or incentivized content.
• Honest reviews only. We never require a positive review in exchange for product or payment.
• Content rights. You own your content; you grant Powerflex a license to use and repost it with credit.
• Code of conduct. No hate, harassment, dangerous content, or misrepresentation of Powerflex or our products.
• Term & termination. Either side can leave at any time, in writing. Earned commissions are still paid out.
• Program changes. Terms, rates, and tiers may evolve; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.
