What's the dealer margin?
20% standard across most of the catalog, with volume tiers that improve margin on larger opening orders. Big-ticket Range Ward units and special-order HDPE pipe have separate dealer programs — we'll walk through specifics on your intro call.
Do you have territory restrictions?
No exclusive territories. We do try not to over-saturate small markets, so if there's already a strong Powerflex dealer in your immediate area we'll talk through how to differentiate.
What's the minimum opening order?
There is none. We help you build it from the right SKU mix for your customer base — not just a stack of one product. Most opening orders include polybraid, step-in posts, an energizer or two, and a starter assortment of insulators and accessories.
Do you support drop-shipping?
Yes, on big-ticket items. Range Ward Razer Grazers, Power Grazers and large HDPE pipe reels.
Do you have MAP pricing?
Yes, on most branded products. MAP policy details are included in the dealer agreement and apply equally to retail and online channels.
What payment terms do you offer?
Opening order is prepaid. After that, qualified dealers move to 30 day terms with credit approval. We accept ACH, credit card, and wire.
Do you provide training?
Yes — we host quarterly dealer training calls covering new products, install best practices, and customer Q&A scenarios. New dealers get a 1-hour onboarding call with our team.
How long does the approval process take?
From application submission to your opening order shipping is typically within 5 business days, depending on credit approval and your opening order size.
