The fence that moves with your truck.
Put a half-mile of powered fence in the pasture, move it when the herd moves, and wind it back up without cranking a hand reel.
Moving fence is the part of rotational grazing nobody budgets for.
You know the rotation. You know the grass. What eats the day is the hand reel, the posts in the truck bed, the energizer that stayed at the barn, and doing all of it again in three days. Range Ward exists because the winding and the hauling — not the grazing — is where the hours go.
"Easily saved me an hour a day."

This is the Razer Grazer as it ships. Nothing below is an add-on — one hitch, six systems, no separate trip to the barn.
Powered Reel
Wind a half-mile back with the push of a button — no hand cranking.
Solar + Battery
50W on-board solar and a deep-cycle battery keep the system running in the pasture.
Energizer
3-joule energizer, sized for a half-mile single-strand fence.

Most people meet Range Ward through the tools first. You don't have to start with a unit — every piece below bolts onto what you already own and works with the full units later.
Power Hammer
Slide-hammer ground rod driver — puts it in and pulls it out without a sledgehammer. Our most-ordered Range Ward item.
Power Hammer →Pigtails + Power Braid
The consumables every unit runs on: 42″ step-in pigtails and ¼″ reflective rope on a half-mile reel.
Pigtails + Power Braid →Power Reel
The powered reel on its own. Mounts to the 2″ hitch on your ATV, side-by-side or pickup; runs off the vehicle's 12V.
Power Reel / Power Arm →Enter the system wherever it makes sense — every step here still counts toward the full unit later.
Built for the field.
The original all-in-one unit. Range Ward has built solar grazing units for more than ten years, designed and manufactured in the USA and Canada.
Sold by Powerflex.
We run it on our own ground. Powerflex is a Range Ward dealer — we use this equipment ourselves and can spec a unit to your herd size before you order.
Supported by people who understand the surrounding fencing system.
Water, permanent posts, energizers, grounding — the Range Ward unit is the working end of a rotational grazing setup we already stock end to end.
Match the machine to the fence.
Not sure which bucket you're in? Put your acres and head count through the rotational grazing workbook — it tells you the fence you'd step out every move, which is the number that decides this.
FAQ
What vehicle do I need?
Anything with a 2″ hitch receiver — ATV, side-by-side or truck. The units tow; the Power Reel and Power Arm mount straight to the receiver.
Does it need power at the pasture?
No. The Razer Grazer runs on its own 50-watt solar panel and deep-cycle battery. The Power Reel and Power Arm run off your vehicle's 12V battery or 7-pin connector.
How much fence does one unit cover?
A half-mile per reel. The Razer Grazer holds up to three reels for 1.5 miles; the Power Grazer carries a two-mile reel.
How does it ship?
Units ship freight. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and if it throws an error, call us — we'll quote it and walk the order through by phone.
Talk to a grazier who runs one.
Herd size, acres, what you're towing it with — five minutes on the phone and we'll tell you which unit, or whether a Power Reel is all you need this year.
