The Strainrite Extra Heavy Duty Underground Cable is a 2.5mm (3/32") conductor x 8.3mm (5/16") OD double-insulated lead-out cable for demanding underground installations. The thicker 8.3mm outer sheath provides extra protection in harsh conditions — rocky ground, high-traffic areas, or anywhere the cable is exposed to mechanical stress. Comes on a 50m (164') dispenser reel.

8.3mm OD Extra Heavy Duty Sheath: Significantly thicker than standard cable — built for installations where the cable needs extra mechanical protection underground.
