The Philmac Shut Off Ball Valve with Tee Handle IPS-OD is a compression-style ball valve that installs directly inline on IPS-OD polyethylene water lines. Both ends compress onto IPS-OD PE pipe for a secure, leak-free connection, while the tee handle provides easy quarter-turn operation — even with gloves on in the field.
This is the valve you install when you need a reliable shut-off point directly on your PE water line — without transitioning to threaded fittings. It’s ideal for isolating trough supply lines, adding shut-off points to lateral branches, or controlling flow to specific areas of your water system. The compression-to-compression design keeps the installation clean and minimizes the number of fittings required.
