Philmac PVC Grip Ring – IPS-OD | Replacement Grip Ring for Philmac IPS-OD Compression Fittings
The Philmac PVC Grip Ring IPS-OD is the genuine replacement grip ring for Philmac IPS-OD compression fittings. The grip ring is the internal component that bites into the pipe and holds it securely in the fitting under pressure. When it wears out or gets damaged, the fitting can lose its grip on the pipe — leading to leaks or pull-out failures.
Replacing the grip ring restores the fitting’s ability to hold the pipe securely, extending the life of the fitting body and avoiding the cost of full fitting replacement. The PVC construction provides the right combination of rigidity and grip for IPS-OD polyethylene pipe applications.
