When you need an insulator that grips the post and stays there, the Speedrite Wood Post Claw Insulator delivers. The robust claw design bites firmly into the wood post, keeping the insulator locked in position even under the lateral pressure of tensioned wire. No pins, no staples—just a secure, reliable hold that goes on fast and stays put.
A unique built-in staple guide makes application even easier, helping you drive staples accurately for a clean, professional installation every time. Twin spark guards are positioned to prevent arcing between the wire and post, protecting your fence voltage and reducing the risk of energy leakage that can weaken your system over time.
UV-stabilized for long life in outdoor conditions, these insulators won't become brittle or crack under sun exposure. Compatible with wire up to 4mm (8 gauge), polybraid, and braid, they're a versatile choice for permanent wood post fence lines across a wide range of applications.
