Join and Tension 12.5 Gauge Hi-Tensile Wire in One Step — Gripple Large Wire Joiner
The Gripple Large Wire Joiner is the fast, reliable alternative to tying and knotting wire — it joins and tensions in a single device, with no knots, no crimps, and no special tools beyond the Gripple Torq tensioning tool. Inside every Gripple are high-precision gear-toothed ceramic rollers that grip each wire and allow it to move in one direction only. The moment load is applied, the rollers bite into the wire and lock it in place — the harder the pull, the tighter the grip.
The Large Gripple is sized for 12.5 gauge hi-tensile and 12.5 gauge barbed wire — the standard gauges for permanent agricultural fence systems. Adjustable and re-tensionable year after year as wire stretches and settles.
