Jobe Water Level Indicator: See Your Tank Level at a Glance

Ships directly from the manufacturer.

The Jobe Water Level Indicator is made for water reservoirs. It shows the water level at a glance, so you can check a tank from a distance without climbing up or opening the hatch.

A black float rides on the water inside the tank and is connected by a stainless steel shaft to a highly visible yellow marker above the tank roof. As the water rises and falls, the marker moves with it: high when the tank is full, low when it's running down.

It fits concrete and plastic tanks. Installation is a 20mm hole drilled in the tank next to the manhole, then the mounting bracket is fixed in place. Concrete tanks use a Dyna Bolt and plastic tanks use washers. Then the shaft slides in and the float ball is fitted.

The indicator is built from stainless steel, with double bracing arms on the mounting bracket. The shaft comes as 3 stainless steel sections that screw together, so it ships compact.

FAQ

How does the Water Level Indicator work?
A float on the water is connected by a stainless steel shaft to a yellow marker above the tank. The marker rises and falls with the water level.

What tanks does it fit?
Jobe lists it for concrete and plastic tanks.

How is it installed?
Drill a 20mm hole in the tank next to the manhole, fit the bracket (Dyna Bolt for concrete, washers for plastic), slide in the shaft and fit the float ball.

How does it ship?
The shaft is 3 stainless steel sections that screw together, so it ships compact.

This is my second purchase of the super 9 polybraid, and it sure won’t be the last. Compared to the other poly wire products I’ve used, this braid is so much more durable, easily visible to the livestock, and VERY conductive. The smooth braid is much smoother to reel in than the other poly wires I’ve used, and for almost a year I’ve been moving cows with this wire at least three days a week.
