Jobe TranzFormer: Turn a Common Float Valve into a High Flow Valve
Ships directly from the manufacturer.
The Jobe TranzFormer is designed to fit an existing common tank float valve mounted to the side wall of a tank. It transforms a common low flow valve into a high flow diaphragm valve by using the existing valve as the float, mount and actuator.
It's a good choice where there's an existing valve and a higher flow is required, without drilling holes in the side wall of the tank or using expensive mountings. The TranzFormer fits most over-the-top clamp-on float valves and converts your existing float in seconds.
The difference in flow is big. In Jobe's flow chart, with a 20 GPM supply, a common float delivers 4 GPM, while the same float with a TranzFormer delivers 18 GPM. Your hose connects to the 3/4" GHT inlet quickly and easily, without twisting the hose.
The TranzFormer is built tough to last from non-corrosive materials. It has an internal filter and is easy to clean. Use it for maintaining water levels in animal drinking troughs, water storage tanks and water cisterns.
