The Strainrite High Strain Quick Loop Insulated Strainer pairs a JouleShield™ high-strain end insulator with a pre-fastened looped cable, so the anchor point and the insulation arrive as one component. Wrap the loop around the post and the anchor is made — no knot to tie, which is what usually slows a high-tensile termination down.

The insulator is the part that matters. JouleShield's high-wall channels raise the insulator's overall resistance, cutting the voltage loss that end and corner strains are prone to, and the water-shedding shape limits leakage from rain, dew and contamination. It's built to take high strain without deforming or cracking, in long-life UV-stabilised fibreglass-reinforced polymer.
